Explorations with twisted fabric

In this exercise I have taken a long piece of fabric - 10 metres and twisted and draped it on the dummy, trying out new designs. The inspiration is from turban.



This can be translated into waist-coat.



This can be re-worked on waistcoat or sleeveless jacket.




Sleeve explorations - can be used as accessory over jacket.


Fabric draped from neck, twisted and converted into pocket on the jacket. Can be used as an accessory on the jacket.



Twisting and overlapping of various twisted fabrics - leather, heat set. crushed fabric etc.
